Why Aeterni needs your details

Aeterni.eco processes your personal data so we can contact you by telephone or e-mail if you request this, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. In addition, Aeterni.eco may use your personal data in the context of executing an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of application development. It is also possible that Aeterni.eco may process your personal data in the context of an agreement with a customer. Aeterni.eco  takes your privacy and information security very seriously and is committed to protecting your data. All data remains within the EU and strict processing agreements have been concluded with our customers. In addition, Aeterni.eco works according to the guidelines of ISO 27001 (information security) and NEN 7510 (information security in healthcare).

How long Aeterni retains your data

Aeterni.eco does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for longer than two years if no agreement is concluded with you, unless there is a legal obligation to keep your data longer.

Sharing data with other parties

Aeterni.eco only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Tracking website visits

General visitor data is kept on the Aeterni.eco website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visit and click behaviour on the website. Aeterni.eco  uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

Aeterni.eco uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website and how effective Aeterni.eco Adwords ads are on Google search result pages. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide reports about the website to Aeterni.eco and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Aeterni.eco has no influence on this. Aeterni.eco has not given Google permission to use information obtained via Analytics for other Google services.

Aeterni takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The Aeterni website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
