The following workshop is part of a package of “Three Tier Workshops” designed for a company planning to roll out sustainability upskilling across the organisation.

Synopsis	Achieving a more sustainable future necessitates the active involvement and engagement of every individual within the company.
Objective	This 2-Day Course is designed for everyone in the company to acquire the skills, tools, and inspiration needed to make sustainability an integral part of their daily work and contribute to a sustainable future.
Duration	2 Days (16 hours) 9am to 5pm each day
Participants	Min 10 pax; Max 20 pax
Pricing	S$400 per pax or S$4,000 per class (In-person) - Includes 1 lunch & 2 teas per day

Course Objectives	Participants will have the knowledge and understanding to participate and support Sustainability goals and practices within the company. Participants will also be able to prepare a personal action plan with respect to incorporating sustainability practices into their work.
Target Audience	Any member of an organisation.

10.45am – 12 noon	Session 02 Unveiling the Business Opportunities Discover the benefits of aligning with environmental regulations. Understand how compliance safeguards the company's reputation. Grasp the role of skilled employees in maintaining a competitive edge.

1.00pm – 3.00pm	Session 03 Navigating Environmental Regulations Understand the importance of environmental regulations. Explore the role of skilled employees in ensuring compliance. Recognise the business advantages of staying ahead in compliance.

3.15pm – 4.45pm	Experiential Activity 1: Compliance Simulation Activity Description: Participants engage in a simulation, navigating scenarios that mimic real-world environmental compliance challenges. This hands-on experience enhances understanding and highlights the importance of skilled employees in ensuring adherence. Reflection: Encourage participants to reflect on how compliance skills are directly applicable to their roles.

10.45am – 12 noon	Session 05 Industry Best Practices for Each Department Share case studies and best practices from HR, Operations, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Finance. Extract applicable insights for each department. Foster cross-departmental collaboration for sustainability goals.

1.00pm – 3.00pm	Experiential Activity 2: Departmental Collaboration Activity Description: Participants engage in a collaborative workshop where they share insights and brainstorm ways to implement sustainability practices within their departments. Reflection: Encourage participants to reflect on the potential impact of departmental collaboration on overall sustainability.

3.15pm – 4.45pm	Session 06: Tools and Models for Sustainability Introduce tools for measuring personal sustainability impact. Explore models for effective sustainability communication. Understand the role of technology in supporting daily sustainability practices.
4.45pm – 5.00pm	Closing Recognize the power of collective sustainability efforts. Embrace sustainability as a cultural cornerstone. Commit to being agents of positive change within the organisation.
