Daphne brings over 20 years of diverse experience in business development and marketing across various industries. As Senior Sustainability Consultant at Aeterni.eco, Daphne plays a key role in guiding businesses toward sustainable practices. She collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies, helping them align with global standards, reduce environmental impact, and meet their corporate social responsibility goals. Daphne also leads efforts in developing communication and marketing strategies to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.​​

Prior to joining Aeterni, Daphne built a strong track record in business development, marketing, and event management, with extensive experience in the legal and M.I.C.E sectors. She served as Director of Business Development and Marketing at RHTLaw Asia LLP, spearheading growth initiatives for the ONERHT entities. Her leadership roles in marketing teams at Allen & Gledhill LLP, a leading law firm, and Informa PLC, a global events organizer, further solidify her expertise in strategy and innovation.​

​Daphne holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore. She is an ACLP certified trainer, bringing an additional layer of expertise in adult learning and training to her sustainability consulting work. She also participated as a panellist speaker at The MarTech Summit Asia 2024. ​
