Daryl Lee is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations across the semiconductor, petrochemical, land transport, agri-food, and technology services sectors. He has led global and regional teams and delivered sustained business value through M&A integration, 24×7 global IT operations, sustainable data centre management, IT service transformation, digital initiatives such as digital twins and cloud migration, and the strengthening of cybersecurity resilience.

At ASM International and Infineum, he headed global IT infrastructure and security functions. In earlier roles at Cargill and Singapore’s Land Transport Authority, he delivered multimillion-dollar annual savings through infrastructure consolidation, outsourcing, and enterprise-wide security initiatives. These achievements reinforced his focus on aligning operational excellence with environmental responsibility, ultimately leading to his transition into sustainability.

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Nottingham. He also possesses several recognised professional credentials, including Certified Cloud Security Professional (ISC2), Project Management Professional (PMI), ITIL, and the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (IAL).
