Building Sustainability Capabilities for the Green Transition
The global shift toward a low-carbon, more sustainable economy is accelerating. As sustainability becomes a core business priority, organisations across all sectors are facing growing expectations—from regulators, investors, customers, and employees alike—to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into everyday decision-making.
At the heart of this transition are people and skills. While policies, frameworks, and targets are important, meaningful progress depends on whether organisations have teams equipped with the right sustainability knowledge and capabilities.
CCP-S and Aeterni's Foundational Sustainability Training
The Career Conversion Programme – Sustainability (CCP-S) is a government initiative designed to support organisations and professionals in building foundational sustainability capabilities for the green transition. By supporting workforce upskilling and reskilling, CCP-S helps organisations prepare for evolving ESG, climate, and regulatory expectations.
At Aeterni, we support CCP-S through practical, business-relevant training that focuses on building a strong sustainability baseline across teams. Our programmes are designed for professionals who are keen to deepen their sustainability knowledge and teams diving into their ESG journey, translating key sustainability concepts into real-world business application.
Aeterni offers the following CCP-S-eligible foundational workshops:
- Introduction to Sustainability
- Sustainability Strategy and Disclosure
- Carbon Footprint
- Sustainable Finance
Each workshop is a 1-day programme, equipping participants with essential sustainability knowledge and practical insights.
