From Classroom to Real World: Learning Together With Future Talent
At Aeterni.eco, we believe in supporting the next generation by helping them turn classroom theory into real-world impact.
Earlier this year, we were honoured to partner with Republic Polytechnic as an industry mentor for the Final-Year Project (FYP) of students from the Diploma in Business programme. Over four months, the students applied their learning to real marketing challenges — honing skills in content creation, branding, and digital marketing, all while contributing to Aeterni’s sustainability mission.
While we provided guidance and mentorship, it was far from a one-way exchange. Their fresh perspectives, thoughtful questions, and energy reminded us why collaboration across generations matters.
As part of their project, the students produced three short-form videos promoting Aeterni.eco and our work as sustainability consultants — a creative effort that showcased both their capabilities and their grasp of the sustainability space.
Now that the project has wrapped, we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve accomplished. Their professionalism, creativity, and ability to connect business with purpose speak volumes about their potential.
